well guess what i did in the school hoildays. i went to sydney!!!To see justin bieber live in concert. we got the total concert experiance so that means that we got to go a bit earlier. at the total concert experiance we got free food,drinks and lollies jummie!!! an hour later it was time to go to the concert room with all the other thousands of people. fanily the lights went down and he came out on the stage everyone cheered as he walked out. he sang one time,baby, down to earth,bigger,one less lonely girl and heaps more!!!
Empanadas
wednesday the 15th of June our class made empanadas!!!Empanadas are when have a yummie filling in the middle and have dough on the outside.My group had chocolate chips,fruit tost,kiwifruit,apple and pineapple.Even though it didnt sound the best it was really YUMMIE!!!In my group was Sophie,Hannah,Caleb,Ethan and me. It was so so fun!!!I had such an awesome day!!!
Young Einsten
On Wednesday the 29th of June was the young einsten competition at Te Puna school halll. young einsten is when someone calls out qustions and you anwer them fast as possible. one of the qustions was whats the next prime number after 50.I had no idea what the anwer was niether did Stella,Hannah,Ben and Russel(Team mates) In the blue team was Grace,Jack,Samuel and Luacs.At young einsten there is subjects like grenal knongle,nature,curret events,sports and loads more subjects.On the frist subject(genrel knowlge) the blue team got 4 out of 10 and the yellow team got 7.5 out of 10.In the end the yellow and the blue team tied for first place with 82.5 each.so that means we get to go to the finals in two weeks. Yay for us!!!
Snowboarding
In the frist week of the school hoildays me and my mum went snowboarding at
Mt Ruapehu and we stayed at a really flash hotel but the best part was waking up to all the soft fluffly snow out the window but it was so so cold!!!Because my bed was right next to the window.Then me and my mum went for a walk out side and it was freezing!!! Soon after we had some yummie yummie bacon and eggs for breackfast plus a hot chocolate with some marshmollows YUMMIE!!!Then it was time to do some snowboarding.My mum and i hired a snowborad each and we were off down slopes and over jumps but sadly about 5 hours it was time to go but i had such an AWESOME time!!!
